Hi, I’m Brad Gothberg and I’ve called Alamo and Danville home since 1985. During those 32 years I’ve been married to Stephanie Mace and raised my daughter Sami tucked into the base of the foothills of Mount Diablo. Since Sami’s graduations from both Monte Vista and TCU, (Go FROGS!!!), we now visit her in Denver, Colorado. She is currently getting her Masters in Sports Psychology at the University of Denver. My wife and I are both 3rd generation Californians and love everything the Bay Area has to offer. When I’m not busy with Real Estate, I love to be involved in outdoor recreation and sports. Currently you may see me at Heather Farms swimming with the Walnut Creek Masters, Sunday’s I play adult Water Polo out at Campolindo High, and I often see many of you along the bike trails on Mount Diablo. I feel very fortunate to call Alamo my home.
My other great passion is Residential Real Estate. OVER 35 YEARS in the Real Estate Business all in the San Ramon Valley and rank in the Top 1% of Realtors statewide. I receive great satisfaction in helping both buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. Just like many of you, I wish I had a crystal ball into the market… Until that time comes I’ll continue to provide you with the highest level of experience in “On and Off the Market Inventory” and offering razor sharp negotiating skills that only years in the business can provide. I pride myself on extensive networking, being available to all my clients almost 24/7, and always going the distance for my clients. Many Realtors today work in large teams but I’ve found that when buyers or sellers hire Brad Gothberg, they expect me to show up. After almost 35 years in the business, the greatest compliment I can get is a referral to work for a friend, neighbor or both.
