Brad is a terrific buyer's agent. He worked tirelessly to help my family find a home in the westside Alamo/Danville area (even over the holidays!). We were very picky clients as I wanted to live within walking distance of my childhood home and my husband wanted to have a fully turnkey house. Brad followed up on leads, made sure we were first to see every listing and even went door to door to see if anyone in our desired neighborhood was interested in selling. When we did finally find a home, he coached us through the offer and buying process. Brad also gave us sound advice regarding what due diligence to do even though we put in a non-contingent offer. "Choosing a realtor for a trust sale after the passing of a parent is difficult. Your agent must be patient, empathetic and knowledgeable on all trust laws. We started off looking in the Alamo area but he had no problem showing us homes in other nearby areas and we ended up settling on a home in Orinda and we couldn't be happier. I wanted to work with someone that had and team and Brad has a reliable and knowledgeable partner named Wendy that was always there to answer our questions and walk us through the process.
