Designing and Implementing a Marketing Plan

Once the home is prepared for the market, Brad designs and implements a custom buyer-targeted marketing plan. Brad uses the most innovative strategies to ensure a client's home is seen by the largest pool of buyers, driving it to sell at the highest possible price, and then manages the sale through closing and beyond.

As part of Brad’s client services, he also commits to providing his clients:

  • Provide a clear weekly reminder as happenings and appointments.
